Nikolaos Tsatsanis, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Graduate from the Athens University of Economics
and Business, Greece, with a specialization in Business
Administration, holder of a Law Degree from the
Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He has
held various positions in OTE S.A. such as Head of the Labour
Relations Sector, Head of the Cooperative Sales Networks
Department as well as Head of the Franchising
Department. He has extensive experience, among others,
in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations, Sales
Networks, and Business Administration. He is currently
Assistant General Director of Human Resources Management
and Development of OTE S.A. and Chairman of Temagon’ s
Board of Directors.

Spiridon Pantelis, Deputy Managing Director and General Director of Technology Division
Holder of a diploma in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece and a Ph.D. from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications of Paris - France with a specialization in Optical Communications and Optical Image Processing in Telecommunications. Experienced in consulting and project management in the fields of telecommunications and informatics on an international level, as well as in the procedures of the E.U. funded programs both in Greece and abroad. For the last three years he has been holding the position of Director of Technological Planning and Development in Temagon.

Olga Tamvaka, General Director of Business Development Division
Holder of an ÌÂÁ from the Aston University of England with a specialization in Strategic Management and Marketing. Has many years of experience in strategic and business planning, feasibility studies, implementation of marketing plans, in the launching and commercial development of products and services, as well as in the negotiations and conclusion of international agreements. Has also extensive experience in undertaking and implementing consulting projects and in co-operations and acquisitions of companies. For the last four years, has been holding the position of Director of the Business Development Department of Temagon.

Pangalos Stavros, Director of Telecommunications & IT
Department
M.S.E. in Systems Engineering from the University of
Pennsylvania, USA. Degree in Mechanical and Electrical
Engineering from the National Technical University of
Athens, Greece. Experience as Manager and Consultant in
financial, operational and technological issues, mainly
related to various Greek Ministries and Public
organizations, and the EU Directorates. Has been
responsible for the organization, management and
implementation of a great number of multi-annual
consulting projects and studies regarding the companies
valuation, business planning, funding, strategy, re-engineering,
monitoring, IT & Telecommunications infrastructure and
regulatory framework modernization.

Natassa Anastasiadou, PhD, Director of Research & Development Projects Department
Holder of a Ph.D. in Physics from the National Technical
University of Athens (NTUA), a M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in
Physics from the University Paris VII - France. Has
worked in NTUA and in the University of Athens as a
researcher in Telecommunications, in particular on
optical communications and fiber optics. Has extensive
experience in European Funded Research, especially under
the 3rd, 4th & 5th European Framework Programmes for R&D
in the area of Telecommunications (Programmes RACE, ACTS
& IST), where she participated and/or managed various
projects in advanced network technologies and services.
